The mission behind this blog is to help you craft a life you love through my DFTBY (Don’t Forget to be YOU) mantra which came after a much needed push from my mom to set aside perfectionism and just focus on being myself again after becoming a SAHM.

When we become moms we also become housekeepers, personal chefs, fashion designers, nurses, teachers, advocates, managers, event planners, mediators, and the list goes on. Many of us go to 9-5 jobs on top of that, and many have other caretaking responsibilities on top of that. To say it’s exhausting is to say the least and before you know it you’ve lost yourself in the process.

This blog is intended to be a personal invitation (from me to you) to set aside your many hats, and get back to creating from a place of joy and abundance, so that your cup is filled more fully and you can show up being the rock star mom that I know you are.
